
James (Jim) F Bos
Jim is a partner and President of MBJ Group Inc. providing multiple services for businesses and corporations for the “Staff of Tomorrow”. Jim has lead workshops, seminars, planning retreats, simulation games, and group facilitation for many corporate and private industry groups. He was the former Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at a large regional insurance company for fourteen years.
He has also been a key note speaker for many groups and national conferences not only on technical issues in the property and casualty insurance field, but on leadership and team development, executive coaching, assessments and employee retention in the workplace. He has also developed programs on teamwork, communication styles, Multi-cultural/generational issues in the workplace, sales/management development and how to create that 'great presentation'.

One of the key components of the MBJ Group’s services is in assisting organizations with their ‘talent management’ This includes processes from the day an employee starts to the day they leave such as the on-boarding of employees, assessing the talent in the organization, leadership training through the exiting of employees. Jim holds the designations as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), a Certified Personal Talent Skills Inventory Analyst. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a graduate of Corporate Coach U and served as a member of the faculty at CCU from 2002 through 2005.
He has served on numerous community boards and organizations in a number of communities (Sarasota Chamber, Crisis Center, Education Foundation, Committee for Economic Development, Economic Development Board, School Choice Committee); and currently serves on the YMCA Metro Board, and is Chairman of the YMCA Foster
Care/Youth & Family Services Committee. He is a member of the Sarasota, Longboat Key and Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce and volunteer's time in various other organizations.

Mary Beth has a passion for supporting and collaborating with entrepreneurs, professionals, executives and couples in business. She partners with CEO's, executive directors, development directors, professionals and business owners. Mary Beth combines her 23+ years in the non-profit and for profit environments to create the momentum, and structure that enable client's to quickly reach their objectives.
Another of the MBJ Group’s market focuses on working with non-profit organizations in staff selection, development, assessment and working with boards in developing the organization and management in the most current leadership tools and skills. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Mary Beth has worked with numerous boards in staff development, leadership training, foundation development and over-all management.
Mary Beth earned a BS degree in Sociology and Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin. She has served in leadership positions on numerous community boards and organizations in a number of communities and is a past President of the Association for Fund Raising Professionals (AFP). She is also a Graduate of Corporate Coach U and a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). Mary Beth specializes with executives and their teams in Non-Profits, For-Profits, Real Estate, Business Start-ups, Developers, Health Industries, and the Medical, Legal and Accounting professions. She also works closely with individuals in career transition and helps prepare them for that next opportunity – assessments, individual interviewing and board interviewing.
She has co-facilitated Planning Retreats, Strategic Planning & Development, Team Development, and Leadership Development and has spoken to a number of groups on multiple subjects in human resource development.
