Leadership Team Coaching

Three 45 minute scheduled individual tele-coaching sessions for the leader each month, with unlimited e-mail and short telephone calls in between. In addition one monthly 60 minute group coaching session for your leadership team. Customized to each client's needs.

Successful Communications

Enhance your team and individual communications by understanding the different communication styles and the gaps created between different styles. A coach will be available to shadow team member's presentations, and make recommendations to increase effectiveness. Includes one initial, 3 hour, on-site Success Circle-Four Styles to Championship Communications workshop with the team, plus 90 days post-workshop Coaching for each team member.

Team Coaching

Developing "High Initiative Teams" (HIT). This coaching introduces the skills and tools for taking an average business / project team to a "High Initiative Team". Available for all business teams from the shop floor through the executive offices.

Team Assessment Package

Developing teams to a new level of teamwork is the opportunity every team leader is looking for. By doing three assessments with each team member, giving them feedback on their assessments, they are then ready for the group discussions on their individual behaviors and motivators. This package creates the opportunity for the team to not only understand themselves but also how to use their knowledge of each other and their skills to a new level.
